Over the past four years, as the founder of Ace Real Estate Amerigo has invested in and operated $50M worth of apartments and single family rentals in the South East with presence in Charleston SC and Savannah GA with the goal of providing superior returns and service to investors and capital partners.

Over the past five years ACE has delivered an average IRR of 66% in its completed equity investments and an average IRR of 22.4% on its credit investments. Amerigo obtained his Engineering degree from Virginia Tech in 2016.
